First time booking with Alexandria. She is very clean. I like the way she vacuumed and mopped the floor. She did not follow COVID policy though. She was talking on the phone for the most part of her working hours which we don’t mind, however, her mask was not being used it was on her chin the entire time even after reminding her to put her mask on. Only when she talks to us does she put it back on. She also left the power strip which is plugged in on top of our pillow which is also a hazard. She cleans thoroughly, but because we’re pregnant and does not follow safety protocol we won’t book her again. But she did clean the apartment very well.

She went above and beyond!!! LOVE HER. Definitely keeping her as my favorite Pro. My apartment looks like my mom cleaned it!

Alexandria was great! She is very friendly and did a great job cleaning my apartment. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
