My preferred area's of work are in plumbing (unclogging drains, removal & application of caulking, cleaning/refreshing tile grout, diagnosing and fixing leaks etc...) Patching holes in drywall, painting, hanging TV's (depending on the weight of your TV I may need a second set of hands to hang it). +++
