This was my first time using the handy app and my first experience with Brandy. The main appeal to this app was that I could schedule a cleaning when I wanted it done. Being late and not notifying me until a few hours later is not cool. I spoke to Brandy 3 times on the phone and she never once mentioned bringing someone with her to complete the job. There was another person who I didn’t know working on my house. Overall, unprofessional. At the end of the day, the house was clean as expected. I didn’t realize she would bring her own cleaning products.
