Brendan was a very professional, polite, and personable man. He arrived 20 minutes early, as we had arranged via Handy messaging the night before, and was fully prepared, complete with all of the required tools and his own work table. He assembled a small computer desk with hutch, drawer, and rollout tray in my son’s room. Even though the 26 pages of assembly instructions proved incorrect, he still managed to meticulously and diligently complete the job in 1-1/2 hours (well under the estimated 2-hour 2-person job) without compromising his work. Additionally, he was quick to point out a damaged corner with a suggestion on how to hide, as well as fix another area where the misaligned hole caused a bulge - looks good as new! It was clear that he enjoys his profession and, as a mom, I love that he does this at night and on weekends to support his daughter’s passions! His own passion and proficiency for being a service provider was evident in his pride of work and personal work ethic. Likewise, he was lovely to converse with via text and in person, and I felt safe in his presence (a priority since it was just me and my daughter home). Brendan was both effective and efficient, and I would highly recommend him to others as well as list him as my preferred professional for future service opportunities!
