Amazing job!!

Our Handy cleaning was scheduled for 10am CST. at 9:50am, our Handy cleaner asked to come in with her sister, whom she said was training to work for Handy, to do a quick walk-through. I thought it was strange as I have never had two persons show up for a Handy appointment. After the walk through, they did not show up to begin cleaning until 10:20 am. At the start of the appointment, our cleaner complained that the Handy scheduling was not done appropriately. During the appointment, she used our cleaning items, i.e., vacuum, brooms, etc, and complained when we did not have a toilet brush for her and her "sister"to use. During the appointment, the two ladies were constantly talking and laughing, which would have been fine if they would have gotten through the requested items. This booking was a repeat of a previous booking, and in all other instances a single cleaner got through the cleaning and did an exceptional job in 3 1/2 hours. We always book 4 hours just in case there was an issue with timing, or more detail needed to be applied to a certain task. At the end of the appointment, the master bathroom had appeared to not have been touched. The floors had marks on them from the cleaners tennis shoes. The floor had clearly not been swept. A large portion of the tasks on the list had not been completed, at at the end of the appointment, the cleaner recommended I book for an additional hour and a half to be sure all tasks have been completed.... its a 1600 square foot area that we ask to be cleaned. This was by far the most disappointing Handy appointment we have ever experienced.
