Great service, very friendly

I added the extra fee for oven cleaning but the oven wasn’t cleaned, at least by hand. It was left on the self-cleaning setting so I guess they is what was done but I obviously could have easily done that myself. I was looking for a professional cleaning of the oven interior and they was not done.
