I think there was a misunderstanding with Carlo. He asked if he could show up two hours later than arranged for, and I specifically made sure to let him know that I had a bed and a dresser to be assembled. I told him I was uncertain that two hours would be enough as I was concerned that it would run too late into the night, and he said that it would be OK in a very confident manner. Instead, he took a very long time to build just my bed- 4.5 hours! To make matters worse, he left before finishing my dresser and he committed to coming back the next day. Today, I got a text from him saying he was advised by your company not to return. I see two problems with this scenario: 1. When I made my booking on Handy, I specified the items that required attention. If two hours was not enough, you should have suggested a longer period of time. 2. It is extremely unprofessional for him and for your company to allow a job to go unfinished. I am a single, petite girl, and I find Handy to be a great convenience. I would hate for a situation such as this to prevent me from using Handy again. I would like someone to return to finish the job I had paid Handy for. It was a major inconvenience to wait around for him to show up late, and then another inconvenience to not have my dresser built. The sooner this is resolved, the better. Thank you.

Carlo was incredibly polite and professional! And he did a great job assembling my dining room furniture.
