Overall great job! one quick thing, cuz i can’t message this directly. With cast iron pans, you quite literally never want to put these in the dishwasher. even using soap when cleaning them is sometimes frowned upon. but putting them in a dishwasher unseasons them and immediately makes them rust. just for future reference, never ever do it, some people will take your head off over that, it can take months/years to season a cast iron.
