I have cats and the cleaner was allergic to cats. since the stayed in the bedroom, she didn't clean it.
it's not her fault that she's allergic to cats but it's not my either. my first 'promo' cleaning wasn't completed so i think you guys should apply the promo to m next cleaning to make up for it.
Also, make sure the person who comes is no all give to cats. it's in my notes but I guess the can't see it untill they've already accepted
