Went out to an appointment assuming I was going to receive the services I paid for, but neither the windows, nor the fridge were cleaned. Also there was at least an hour or more left of time. Wish she had messaged me instead of asking my boyfriend (who doesn’t know a thing about cleaning) if there was anything else! Dishes left in sink and blanket on couch not even folded.

Delana was really nice, and she really went the extra mile. She has an eye for beauty. And she's great with cats. Thanks, Delana!

Delana did a good job on our condo. It smelled very clean and she did a great job on mirrors. I also liked how she organized our bathrooms nicely. My only complaints were that the floors still had a few places with debris on it in the bathroom and the kitchen counters were not 100% free of debris.

Delana did a wonderful job. One of the best cleanings I’ve had in a while. Thank you!
