My issue was not with Gabriella, but rather Handy's user experience and app. Please remove any poor rating for Gabriella. I was annoyed because I was not sent a push or text reminder for the cleaning service and was out of the country on the cleaning date, unable to respond. I am incredibly annoyed about being charged and not being reminded of the cleaning date. An email the day before is not sufficient. I was out of the country with no internet. Also your rating and review system should be changed so bad ratings don't ruin your cleaner's overall rating. In this case my criticism is related to Handy, and that should be an option in the review process.
