The move out cleaning was incomplete. I was not present for the majority of the time that the cleaning was taking place so can’t speak to how efficiently things were done, but basic things were left unfinished like mopping floors and cleaning bathroom shower walls. I need to get this move out clean completed ASAP and I am not sure how to go about it since Handy has left the job half finished.

They showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning the condo for the new tenant. I would hire you again

Harmony is easy to work with, hard working, flexible to the needs of the customer and more. I only marked 4 this time because our cleaning says paid until 3:00pm and she was a bit late and left an hour and a half early. Since we paid a certain amount of hours, and there was more to do, unfortunately this was highly disappointing. But I wonder if Handy communicates the timing told to customers to their employees as well. Thank you.
