This was our first time using Handy and we had a great experience. Although I did not meet Kathy in person, she communicated effectively, arrived on time, and did a good job cleaning our house in the allotted time span. I was a little concerned about her meeting our dog, but she listened to our instructions on how to handle her perfectly and everything was fine!
