Lawrence was absolutely terrific. He was on time, thorough, brought his own terrific cleaning supplies and just gave me a genuine feeling of safety and care. He had been brought in to replace another technician who did not do such a great job and he knocked it out of the park. Excellent cleaning and much appreciated. Will def be working with him again!
