Lola was the best pro I have had from Handy. She was thorough and actually was the first Handy pro that worked the full 5 hours I am paying for. The only negative is that she didn't bring her own broom, mop or vacuum cleaner. I prefer that the pros bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
