Lucia did tidy up but didn’t actually clean my counters or tables with any product. I asked for help to bring up boxes from my downstairs but I think she didn’t understand. There was no detailing at all and after an hour and a half of working she said she was done even though I had a three hour window booked and she seemed surprised when I asked her to stay. She didn’t clean my downstairs bathroom even though that was included in what I paid for.
