Pro called and said he would be able to reschedule it to this Monday at 11am on the app. The service was cancelled 1 hour prior to the time scheduled. He said he contacted the app to change it, but I don't have any confirmation. I'm not sure how to resolve this. I was forced to submit a review before I could get to any other screen.
