Mary did a fine job cleaning the house, but I’m pretty upset bc she left my front door unlocked. I talked to her before she arrived, and asked that she call me before she left to I could explain how to lock the door...it seems like a normal door but it’s not, and it’s tricky. She said no problem. But she finished and left, and I’m sure she thought she locked the door, but it was unlocked when I got home. This is the whole reason I got in touch with her ahead of time. Luckily it was a Friday and I was coming home early, but any other day my front door would have been unlocked for hours and hours.
