Miguel was amazing! His work was so thorogh and detail-oriented and his energy was great to be around. My house is sparkling thanks to Miguel’s magic. At last, we’ve found the housekeeper of our dreams. Thank you Miguel!

Miguel did an awesome job! However, we left instructions on how to get into the building, and the app didn’t pass them along. So he couldn’t get it, and I couldn’t respond to his communications until I downloaded the app. So he didn’t start at 12pm as scheduled, but closer to 12:50, and STILL had to leave at 3 for his next appointment. Not technically his fault, more like the app’s. But we’re still paying for 3 hours. I think Miguel deserves 5 stars, but I have to take one for the overall issue with this booking. However, I don’t want that to be a reflection of the job that he performed. I WOULD love to hear from Handy as to how they can remedy this issue, as we were shorted what we payed for through no fault of our own
