Nancy was AMAZING! I needed to hire a handy while I was out of town and she was very communicative the entire time letting me know when she arrived and left. I was having laundry dropped off from a cleaning service which I’d informed her about prior to her arrival. They ran late and she stayed over her allotted time just so she could be there to receive the bedding we had sent out to be washed. Amazing,Amazing,Amazing
