Oscar was such a delight! Not only was he very prepared for my appointment, he arrived early to make sure that he had all of the necessary tools to complete my request. He also was very knowledgeable and helped explain any unforeseen obstacles. Oscar was also great in that when he noticed a challenge, he made it a point to find a formidable solution without making it seem like an inconvenience to him.
