I booked an appointment with a well reviewed female pro after filtering for female pros specifically. I am often home alone and am not at all comfortable with a male pro. I checked my reservation and it said that she was available and would be the one coming to clean. Much to my surprise a male pro who also had a much lower rating than I selected showed up. While he did a fine job I was not comfortable having him clean the bedroom (nothing to do with the pro or his performance, just because he was male. While I understand schedules may change I am very disappointed I was not contacted before the appointment and was very dissatisfied with the experience as a long time handy user.

Honestly best cleaning I’ve ever had, and I work in real estate so we have homes cleaned regularly.. I HIGHLY recommend this guy. Hard worker and kind. Thank you!!

Our pro was great. However, his name was not Phillip. His name was Chris. The profile picture Handy provided us was in no way the same person who cleaned our house, and the detailed message I sent was not received by the pro who did the work. What is up with Handy? We would like Alexis back, anyway. what is her schedule?
