Raluca came on time and worked quickly but very efficiently, covering all the areas I listed out. She is very polite and pays attention to detail. If she doesn't understand anything, she will not guess or 'wing it' she will ask so that her work is excellent. Finally, she's a pleasant and lovely person and takes a lot of pride in the work that she does. One of the best Handy Pros.
