Great job

First time using handy and while the service was convenient, it left something to be desired. In this case a deep cleaning. My home was definitely dirty so I give Teresa credit but I paid for all the extras to ensure it was a deep cleaning and a lot didn’t get done. I should have known when she called to say she was done 2 hours before the projected completion time. The cabinets and oven were not cleaned as I added, nor was the refrigerator. Trash was not taken out. Seems like just a basic cleaning was done. Teresa was extremely nice, however.
