I got a rude email from one of your delivery guys about delivering to Glen Rose Texas. I was not impressed by this

Terry called and let me know he was on his way even though he was in traffic. He let me know there were parts missing so I could call the vendor and he went the extra mile to go to the store to get more screws. He assembled two beds and installed and a ceiling fan. I think he failed to apply glue to some of the joints in one of my beds because they fell off and the ceiling fan had wires sticking out on the top it would’ve been good if he would’ve communicated that to me before he left...not what I’d call a finished product.

On time. Very professional. Will definitely pass along recommendation.
