Theo did a great job doing a quick pick up. The floors were clean end the bathroom looked nice perhaps there was a miscommunication as I thought this booking was for a 3 hour deep clean. I expected the chairs and table to be wiped down, kitchen appliances scrubbed on the outside, etc. According to the app my apartment was cleaned for 1 hour. I would have appreciated the full 3 hour deep clean charged. Is there a possibility of adding credit?
