Thomas models real initiative & staying-power in tricky situations. eg managing complicated cleaning arrangement, difficult guest(s), extra wash-loads, multiple telephone updates, absent homeowner, etc. All while remaining calm, collected & ensuring the Home becomes clean.

Even though Thomas was running late. He stayed and completed the clean irrespective of time.
