Ty showed up on time to assemble a desk and cabinet I purchased. On my end, the company I purchased the items from had him listed to assemble both pieces; on his end he was only scheduled for one (the easier one). He handled the mixup professionally, stayed the additional time, and did a great job of carefully and perfectly assembling the pieces. He was very polite and friendly. I would definitely ask for him again and recommend him to others.
