I was pretty unhappy with my service today. Vanessa was nice but came at 9:36 instead of 8:30 and only stayed 3.5hrs when I paid for 5. I logged her time in and out with my doorbell. She said she was leaving because she had another job. My bottom floor was never cleaned, master floor is still dusty, living room carpet wasn't vacuumed etc. I felt bad leaving a bad review but it didn't meet my standards.
