I do not have a complaint about Aisha specifically so I didn't give her a lower review. I do however believe I was overcharged. I paid for a six-hour cleaning, but Aisha only stayed for three hours. While she did a good job with the parts of the condo she cleaned, there was more that could have been done. And I don't believe I should be charged for an extra 3 hours of cleaning I didn't receive. I'd like to request a refund for that time
