The house looks well-cleaned and Cayla was pleasant, but it looks like the bathroom sink and toilet were not cleaned (the floor was) and one of our cats is missing. She might have sneaked out, but if she went out while a door was opened we were not told about it. Thankfully she’s an indoor/outdoor cat so it’s not dramatic, but frustrating nonetheless.

Absolutely a delightful experience. Very thorough, kind, personable and accommodating. I would love to work with her again and highly recommend her! You won’t be disappointed.
