My rating was generous and was based on the cleaning she actually did. However, she did not fully complete the cleaning in the time allocated and this isn’t acceptable. We also found our oven trays left in the garden. She said that the sink needed cleaning but she couldn’t complete because her time was now up. The house is only a 2bedroom house and wasn’t that dirty- I do expect a cleaner to complete within the allocated time of 4.5hrs. I even made sure I washed the dishes and tidied up so that she didn’t have to spent that time doing that. Not very happy! Please can we have Luidmilia P, our former cleaner again?

First time using Dashurie and she did a great job! There's always a lot to do but she did it and stainless steel was sparkling, house lovely and clean. Great job!
