Diego has been a god send, after having a couple of issues with Handy itself. I was extremely frustrated with Handy as they have been unhelpful with resolving two previous cancellations and only after i had suggested (and Diego agreed) to handle both jobs previously cancelled did it all work out! He assembled a queen sized upholstered bed with drawers and a coffee table with a lift-top. Both items slightly complicated and have taken others a total of 6+ hours to complete. Diego managed to get both done in 3.5 hours. He is prompt, fast-working, knowledgeable, reliable, and kind. As others have mentioned there is a slight language barrier but for the most part communication was easy. Thank you Diego for going above and beyond and for being a tremendous help.
