Provider needs extra hour to complete the job

The Good: Friendly. Professional. Efficient. Put together one item (deck box) that did not have any instructions (wow!) and had to use different screws (which he had with him!) for another deck box that came with the wrong sized screws. Job was done correctly and within the time allotted. Needs Improvement: Arrived 25 minutes late and did not apologize or provide any explanation. Did not ask where to throw out used boxes that the items were shipped in. He left them in the yard. These issues are relatively minor because the quality of the work was good. I get really annoyed when people are late for their appointments. Other people may not care that much so this wouldn’t be an issue for them.
