For the tasks Holly thought she was supposed to do, she did well. I paid for 3 hours and expected a 3-hr service, for anything home related (floors, bathrooms, laundry, folding clothes etc). Holly had a list of services from the Handy app and wanted to stick to those exclusively even if it only took her less time. Not sure if that’s an app issue or a disconnect somewhere.
