This was Janelle’s first time cleaning my home. She arrived a few hours early and I was unable to meet her to show her around and discuss expectations. For this 3 hour trial we asked her to focus on floors and bathrooms. They were all cleaned well, apart from the stairs. The only criticism I had that was significant was that I didn’t like the strong industrial/institutional smell of the clearer she used for the floors. We had both Murphy’s Oil soap and a Grove Spray & Mop cleaner that are both effective and fresh scented. The odor was not the perfect welcome home. I would be willing to give her another try if I could be home to walk through some expectations.

This was my first booking with Janelle. She was punctual, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend her.
