Larry was very amicable and great to work with. However, I felt he could have been more thorough with his cleaning. Did not clean one of my bathroom mirrors and didn't clean the backsplash tile in the kitchen. My floors were not as clean as I had hoped for either. To be fair, we did a walk through and the end but I did not notice these details until later.
