I need a pricing adjustment for the cleaning yesterday and going forwards. I made an error in the number of bedrooms and bathrooms that require cleaning. I paid for 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms when in fact, I only got cleaning in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is what it will be in the future as well. In other words, the cleaner will not even enter the other 2 bedrooms and the master bathroom; as if they don’t exist. Secondly, I would like a cleaner who is very detailed and very thorough. Most of your cleaners’ ratings seems good but I don’t see anyone with a 4.9 or 5.0. I would like one of those people to be sent to my home. Also, I’d like someone who is willing to use my cleaning supplies because the last cleaner used some sort of fragranced powder in my gime and it smells horrendous and is very prevalent and persistent. Lastly, I originally signed up for a monthly plan but just switched to bi-weekly. Does this change the terms of my commitment? In other words, do I still have to stay with Handy for 6 months? Or is it based on the number of cleanings? Since I’m getting no-weekly, my term should theoretically end in 3 months now. Or can the change be made somehow?

I left Lekecia alone in my apartment for 4 hours, when I arrived home later that night, I was completely amazed at how clean everything was!! Her attention to detail & excellent cleaning skills left my place super clean, fresh smelling & pleasant on the eyes for all to see! She also cleaned my fridge out making it look brand new! I highly recommend her!

Lekecia did a great job cleaning the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. She didn’t have time to clean the living room or fridge, which we understand, but in the future we would appreciate if she’d communicate that to Handy.
