Moacir was on time & a friendly person. He was efficient but maybe not as exacting as I would have liked. The clock he hung was a bit too high (my fault for not correcting), the jewelry case wasn’t level (noticed once he left) & I had to ask him to fix my curtains since they weren’t straight. This is partly my fault for not catching it also. Thus, I gave him 4 stars.
