Paloma did a great job wall mounting 4 televisions and a sound bar. She was willing to move/remount/lower one set when we decided it was too high after giving her the ok on the original placement. Appreciate that She stayed late to get the job done.

Nothing was done!! The wrong part was sent from Wayfair!! Even if the part was correct, she wouldn’t have been able to do it by herself!! I will call again when the correct part arrives!! I’m assuming that there will be no charge today since nothing was done!!
