Pelagie was nice. She was pretty late to the scheduled cleaning but she cleaned the kitchen adequately. I think she lost steam along the way because by the time she got to the bathroom she was leaving dirt behind on the floors, I pointed it out to her in the first bathroom but the second bathroom is amiss... Wet hair and dirt is just scattered around the floors. I guess everyone has their off days (I saw she had great reviews) but this is my truthful experience and as a first timer in Handy I’m pretty disappointed. She also mixed up all of our trash (standard for NYC: plastic, carton, trash, but she filled all the bags with disposable wipes and paper towels). Maybe with time and close supervision she could be a match for us but by no means did I have the glowing experience others expressed.

This was our first booking with Pelagie. She listened to our preferences for where to focus the cleaning and did a great job!
