Omg! I can't seem to hit the 5 stars in time before it gets recorded!!!

The bathtubs were not cleaned at all. My parents were in the house when the person cleaned. Till now, I have never faced problem with Handy professionals cleaning. But from last visit, the cleaning is not done properly. I hate to send this message, but it makes us feel bad, that they haven't even moved the pail to clean the bottom of bath tubs. I have taken pictures of the bath tubs after it has been cleaned. Either provide another free visit for next week or please provide a refund.
