Thanks Yoel! You did a great job with our shelves.

Yoel worked with us to remove some unusable shelves and then re-hang. He was able to make a trip to Home Depot to buy more wood for the project. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was a bit late but on time to communicate that.

Yoel was very prompt & got straight to work. He was very patient with me because I wasn’t sure about the length of my chandelier. He let me know he left a little slack on the wires just in case I wanted to make the light longer, I thought that was very kind. He was so nice and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him.

Yoel was a pleasure to work with! He answered all of our questions and even finished the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!!

My whole experience of getting my sinks replaced was less than great but Yoel made up for the experience ten fold. He was highly professional and performed the work quickly and efficiently. I had asked and paid for 2 bathroom sinks and 1 kitchen sink to be installed through Lowe’s. I’m not sure where the mixup happened but when it came time to install my sinks, the work order and time allocated was only for one kitchen sink and one bathroom sink. I had also asked for my parts to be picked up and that wasn’t noted on the work order either. Yoel went above and beyond to right a situation he had no part in messing up. He went out of his way to pick up the parts despite being only allotted a short time frame to get the work done. All in all, my personal experience with Yoel has been highly satisfactory and I would personally recommend him to anyone needing work done. His customer service skills in top notch and is highly knowledgeable. I still have to get the bathroom sink I paid for in advanced installed so if you can kindly send him out personally again today, I would much appreciate it. I’ve already had to take in total 3 days off of work to which the first appointment was rescheduled last minute and the second appointment no one showed up but that was in no way any of Yoel’s fault. I appreciate the extra efforts he made to make the situation right but I am still left with 1 sink that requires installation. Thanks in advance
