PHENOMENAL! I bought my microwave more than a month ago. My first installation appointment, the installer had a huge work van but was overwhelmed from what he saw and told me that his advanced team needed to do this installation for me. So I had to get rescheduled. The second installation appointment was up. This time the "advanced" team showed up but it was one person. He came in the same big Geek Squad van. He looked at the microwave and was overwhelmed. He said it would take more than what he could do. So I had to refund my installation. Next I went to Home Depot. They said they could do any job. My 3rd installation appointment came up. The guy showed up he was enthused, did measurements, and then stopped. He said he couldn't do it because the microwave was over a vent. The vent is defunct. He said he was a contractor with Home Depot and shied away. He recommend I find another handy man. I found Handy.com. So now my 4th installation appointment. Paul doesn't show up in some advanced tool super van. Later I found out he was the advanced super tool handy man. It deeply surprised me. This microwave installation didn't overwhelm him and he didn't need some big work van full of tools that he didn't know how to use like the others before him. His work was meticulous and methodical. Everything was safe from gas to electrical. He did things the other installers would have said was the impossible. Basically installing a new 2018 microwave into an old house with an old 1990s microwave. Not only did he do it, he thoroughly made sure that the unit was solid, sturdy, and secured. He made some quick on the spot customizations for complete compliance with the specifications for the new microwave. He came into this appointment with a winning spirit and left with a happy customer in disbelief at how something that was so impossible by big company was simply possible. After more than a month without a microwave, Paul ended the drought. Nowadays they don't make handymen like Paul. Such handymen like Paul are VERY rare. Other handymen are only good if they can use one flat head screwdriver and maybe a ruler. Paul can use any power tool drivers, drills, saws, bits, etc to get the job done right. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this handyman. I'm still looking at my newly installed microwave in disbelief as to why it took so many other "handymen" until it came to a REAL handyman. Very professional and came early, right on time and able to help me with a small project that took quick work for him that would've took me hours. Thank you Paul!
