Hello, I requested a 10ft ladder which I was charged £50 for. Lois turned up with a very small/normal ladder. Therefor he could not change the fitting of the light in the landing. I would like my money back for the ladder charge (£50) as this part of service was completed and no 10ft ladder was supplied. Thanks Lisa
