Cicely was great. She cleaned a very dirty apartment (and didn’t judge), gave GREAT advice on some hard to clean areas and how to keep them clean in the future, and was kind. I’ll work with her again, definitely.

Overall Cicely did a great job! Areas missed: All of my hardwood floors weren’t mopped, all bedrooms weren’t vacuumed and all of my shelves weren’t dusted and polished. I paid extra for my interior windows to be cleaned, but that wasn’t done in totality. I would select her again since she’s familiar with my idea of OCD cleaning and she’s definitely polite and professional.

She did an amazing job. The best professional I’ve had in months!! My house is shining. It sounds silly but she actually dusted surfaces and lifted them - as I am a minimalist on my counters to begin with... she dusted my window sills, which is such a pet peace of dust for me! She lifted the shampoo and actually cleaned the soap scum! So thankful to have had her!! Thank you for brightening up my home and helping me!!

Cicely did a great job overall, she did not do one family room in our basement, but I think my notes were unclear. The rooms she did do looked great!!! Would definitely recommend.
