My roommates were less than thrilled about the first, Jonae was super understanding of our needs, checked in with me as he arrived and finished up and did a STELLAR job. to she did an amazing job on all the common areas and bathrooms and made my bed perfectly! Even the most critical roommates were pleased. We only want to use Jonae from now on!
