NO NO NO NO NO!!! This has happened to me twice now!! I wanted to give Juan FIVE STARS!! I'd give him TEN if there was space for it. He was FAST, he was THOROUGH, and my house is CLEAN! Sometimes I think I'm clicking on the graphic to add comments but it takes the first star marked "awful" and you think that is my evaluation. PLEASE let me know you got this message.
