Hello, where is our favourite cleaner Tamika? we have had a different person each time and not out requested pro. Also, while the lady this week was ok, she arrived late and left early yet we are still being charged for 3 hours? Happy to pay for the time she was here but otherwise I really feel we should be refunded 30 mins.
