Marissa had a huge task! Cleaning an apartment that had become rundown due to Covid depression. Not once did she complain. On the contrary!! Marissa informed me of what needed extra work and gave solutions on how to fix issues that needed more attention!! In the meantime, she focused on making my home spotless! I couldn’t have been more proud!

I feel bad that you were unable to reach me this morning when you couldn’t find the building. That being said, when I arrived home, the floors were not done and that is supposed to be part of the service and a very basic thing as we have both a vacuum and a mop here in the event that you did not bring your own. Thank you.

Very thorough and diligent

Marissa did a nice job in the parts of the house that she cleaned. She did wonders getting all the cat hair up and cleaning the windows and floors. Let’s face it, our house is big and it is a massive mess. That said, I was disappointed that I paid extra to have the fridge cleaned and that didn’t happen. I paid extra for window cleaning and only 3 rooms in 13 (inc. bathrooms) were done. As long as this can get done next time without extra charge, I’m OK with that because she had a huge mess to tackle by herself. Pleased overall, but want to see how it goes next time.

Marissa always does a great job! This is our 3rd or 4th cleaning with her and she continues to impress. She even dealt with our crazy dog escaping her kennel. Much appreciated!
